Time to challenge the mind and have those shoulders pursue their fullest mobility!
This video (shot in early Dec 2015) has the arm moving through both internal and external rotation, along with a heap of forearm movement. Bottom line – always keep the palm facing up when you go through the sequence!
Over time, have both arms do the sequence in each direction, and from there – add props. I prefer something bigger than my palms, so that I can’t cheat!
For those of you who are doing strong shoulder activities such as climbing or mountain biking, this is an excellent warm-up. 5 reps each direction, each arm takes very little time.
