Incentivize the creation of secondary suites. This allows for gentle density, a rapid boost in housing stock, and increases property value for owners. 

Support the Livability Tax to help fund urgently needed housing initiatives. We have land. What we need is capital to move projects through the pipeline. 

Redesign the eligibility requirements of Canmore Community Housing to ensure that the program is not being misused. Place emphasis on young adults and families.
