Here is a synopsis of my upcoming workshops as well as events that I’m honoured to host!

Kootenay Spirit Festival: Sep 18-20, 2015

My favorite yoga festival returns for its second year! Based out of beautiful Nelson, BC, Kootenay Spirit Fest stands out for it’s diverse range of presenters and quality programming that is thought-provoking, unique and meaningful.

Junction 9 Yoga and Pilates: Sep 30, 2015

The best thing to happen to Inglewood’s wellness community is Junction 9! Spearheaded by Jilaine and Owen Beddoe, Junction 9 brings yoga and pilates in an inviting, hip space. Looking forward to working with their teachers!

Amaryllis Centre: Nov 7/8, 2015

The Amaryllis Centre has gone through a metamorphosis as of late, with a beautiful renovation. A perennial stop of mine, I’m looking forward to spending time with Sarah Clark, her tremendous teachers and lovely students. Whether you live in Cochrane, or would like to make the short jaunt out of Calgary – I promise you will have a fine experience.

Balu Yoga: Nov 20-22, 2015

Balu Yoga and Wellness

Based out of Revelstoke, BC, Balu has faithfully presented excellent yoga to this mountain town. And now – they are expanding their space to better serve their community! To help celebrate this transition, I’m honoured to be invited back for a weekend workshop where I’ll present a host of techniques that I’ve been fascinated by.

Yoga Dot Calm: Jan 23, 2016

Since 2002, Yoga Dot Calm has been a pillar in South Calgary for meaningful yoga. While yoga trends have come and gone, YDC has held steady with heart-felt instruction and community. The first studio I ever taught at, it holds a dear place in my heart. Let’s practice!

The noblest pleasure is the joy of understanding.
