The Amy Ippoliti Interview

August 20, 2015 — 0

Over the years, I’ve been blessed to have illuminating conversations with incredible yogis and have always wanted to record them. With the mighty Amy Ippoliti coming to the Lounge this Sept 10-12, 2015, the time was right for capturing insights.

An incredibly generous and candid interviewee, some of Amy’s gems in our talk include:

  • What it’s like to practice yoga underwater with whale sharks(!)
  • Tips for new teachers starting out
  • Crossing the gap in meditation from “casual” to “life-changing”
