Moving onward - exploring wrists and forearm tightness.

The second instalment in a series of hand, wrist and forearm openings!

Here is a sequence I employ for eloquent hands, nimble wrists and supple forearms. Chances are your athletic, artistic, and work pursuits have been challenging these parts of your body, so let’s give them some much needed love and awareness.
